THERE IS NOT A NEW SEASON OF GILMORE GIRLS BEING MADE!

ABC Family is going to start airing season 7 of Gilmore Girls and, because they’re a bunch of morons, are promoting it like brand new episodes because they haven’t shown season 7 yet.

Oy. I have answered this question and the one about a movie so many times that I am on the verge of making an FAQ page just so I don’t have to do it any more.

ALSO: The gallery is having issues. I don’t really know what they are since the gallery still shows up in the file tree, so. . . yeah, working on it.

Ausiello: The man who would have a hand in green-lighting such a project — Warner Bros. Television boss Peter Roth — recently told me that he’d be more open to the idea of a Gilmore feature film than a TV movie. Not sure why. He ran away before I could sneak in a follow-up. In related news, if you want to see Peter Roth do a 100-yard dash in under three seconds, ask him about a Gilmore Girls movie.

-Todd Lowe(Zac) has been made a regular on True Blood.

-Lauren’s New Movie The Answer Man has launched it’s website: answermanmovie.com A trailer and some photos are up.

-Gregg Henry (Mitchum) Will be guest staring on Hung June 28th.

-Tanic Sade (Finn) Has been busy! He has a short interview up at gilmoregirlnews.com

-Melissa McCarthy’s  (Sookie) show Samantah Who? has been cancelled. But, never fear, she’s appearing in a Groundlings production of Enchanted Forest.

-Michael Winters (Taylor) is playing the role of Prospero in The Seattle Shakespeare Company production of The Tempest June 4th-28.

-Lauren Graham attended the Tony awards where Guys and Dolls was nominated for Best Revival. It didn’t win. She was also interviewed. The clip can be found on Youtube. There is also a Behind the Scenes clip of some back stage shinanigans at Guys and Dolls that can be found on Youtube as well.

-Milo (Jess) and Alexis (Rory) Have both been seen out and about, though not together. Milo’s show Heroes will resume again this fall while Alexis’ new movie The Good Guy premiered at the Tribeca Film Fest recently to good reviews.

-Kelly Bishop (Emily) guest stared ont eh season finale of Law and Order: SVU. Clips are available on gilmoregirlsnews.com. She will also be guest staring on Army Wives the beginning of June.

-Sebastien Bach (Gil) was recently a presenter at  the Hotest Rocker Mom contest in New York City.

-ABC Family will be re-airing the Behind the Scenes Special they filmed in 2004. It aired on June 5th and will air again on the 11th.

-Lauren will be a presenter at Broadway Barks Adopt-a-thon July 11th.

-Matt Czuchry’s (Logan) new show The Good Wife is previewing on the Internet. It will be on CBS this fall. His new movie, I Hope They Serve Beer In Hell will be released September 25,

-Keiko Agena (Lane) has started to make her own line of greeting cards. They can be seen here. Keiko can also be followed on Twitter!

Chanel has stepped down as co-mod of this site, so I suppose I’m looking for someone willing to deal with making episode clips and screen caps for now.  I’m trolling the net for new pictures and news, but until I get back intot eh swing of things, I direct you fine people to this site: Gilmore Girls News Updated more than enough to keep you guys happy. In fact, it’s where we snake most of our news posts from. LOL!!

Sorry for the long delay, a series of computer crashes, new computers and illness, things have been a little lax around here.

Fans of Gilmore Girls watched Alexis Bledel’s Rory grow from a prep school teenager into a college co-ed.
Now Bledel will be showing up as a university graduate who’s about to experience a “pre-life crisis” in her new film Post-Grad. According to the MTV Movies Blog, Bledel plays Ryden Malby, a young woman who leaves college and “the slow process of finding a new life, a new job and new love.”

The film also stars Jane Lynch and Carol Burnett, which means it should at least a little hilarious. I mean, come on — those two women alone are easily two of the funniest on film. Together, they can only create pure magic. Burnett plays a “grumpy grandma” and Lynch is her daughter-in-law — I’m already excited. According to Wikipedia, bisexual musician Missy Higgins is rumored to be working on songs for the film’s soundtrack, which would give the movie a little bit more gay (as if Jane Lynch weren’t enough.) Higgins lent a song to The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 2, so perhaps Bledel is a fan. Post-Grad hits theaters in August, but if you’re looking for Alexis Bledel before then, you can see her on the two-hour series finale of ER on April 2. She will play an intern named Julia Wise. Even if she’s in every scene, it won’t be enough for me, and I’m sure I’ll be seeing Post-Grad, despite its likely predictability.

Last night, I was lucky enough to catch the 41-year-old actress in her Broadway debut as ever-loving Adelaide in the revival of the Broadway musical. Her character doesn’t come into her own until the second act, where the show picks up and Lauren strips down to her skivvies. Ohlala!

Also, Chanel is no loner missing, YAY! and she has posted a bunch of behind the Scene photos from Flash of Genius. They’re in the gallery, enjoy!

Also, Lauren’s sitcom is moving right along. It now has a tentative title: The Bridget Show. Lauren will play Bridget, a self-help guru who quits her successful TV show for a man, but 10 years later he breaks up with her. Lucy Davis is also said to have joined the cast as Bridget’s book smart assistant.

Also, if anyone knows where Chanel is, tell her to email me. I emailed her tonight, but, it would be nice to know if she’s still alive.

To celebrate their up coming 70th anniversary, Glamour magazine gathered some of today’s hottest female stars and decked the out to look like famous women in history. Alexis was tagged to play Rosie the Riveter. Rosie the Riveter was a fictional woman who appeared on posters during WWII to encourage women to leave the kitchen and enter the factory to replace all the men that had gone off to war.

Lauren was bitten by one of the horses used to pull the sleighs in season 2’s The Bracebridge Dinner. Having been around hores all her life, this was the first time she had ever been bitten.
